Central 70 Project
Project Description:
Lobato Construction worked with Kiewit Infrastructure Co. on the construction of the covered lid section for CDOT’s Central 70 Project. The covered lid construction lowered a section of I-70 between Brighton Blvd. and Colorado Blvd. with the final development of a 4-acre park over the lowered section of I-70. Lobato Construction placed over 300 precast box girders and over 4000 cubic yards of concrete for the covered lid deck.
