Boulder Limelight Hotel Project
Project Description:
Lobato Construction was contracted to place the precast girders and concrete deck panels for Hensel Phelps on the construction of Boulder’s new Limelight Hotel. With the utilization of two 500 ton cranes, Lobato Construction placed ten 104’ long precast girders, and 126 concrete deck panels. Lobato Construction was able to set up the cranes, place the precast, and demobilize from the site in four days.
